WA Wines Team Up With Uber

Welcome to Vine to Wine Wednesday on the Fruit Grower Report, it's "uber" cool that Washington State wines have a program with uber to let you tootle around Seattle and Woodinville tasting wines and catching uber rides at a discount. It's all part of the Augusts' Washington State Wine month. So grab a glass and celebrate our spectacular wines and wineries here's Heather Bradshaw Communications Director for Washington State Wine commission:

BRADSHAW: Washington State Wine Month is a time to celebrate out states world class wine industry. All throughout the months of August wine lovers can enjoy great deals and promotions at retailers across the country and tasting room across the state.

Here's the cool uber part

BRADSHAW: We are really excited about a new partnership this year with uber. Every Saturday in August, Uber will offer discounted rides to and from Seattle's urban wineries and Woodinville's tasting districts. User will also be able to travel for free within the George Town.
