Fat Cattle Up
This is Matt Rice with the Market Line Report for Thursday, Aug 4th. Cattle trading strong over in the last 48 hours, producers enjoying this bullish market as it continues on this path. Todd Horwitz explains his strategy from the floor of the CME in Chicago with the USDA.
Horwitz "Well I guess we've seen some nice movement here. We've seen fats moving up again and pushing to high levels here. Again, it's a beautiful rally off the bottom, it's the bottom we were looking for. Now it think just in the short term, I think we've seen a little too much moving to the upside. Look for $1.15 and $1.16, at that area in Oct. to hold it in. Look for a little retracement, I'd Say $1.14, $1.15 and that's an area I'd be looking to buy once again."
