So you get a few results for the area and you can compare the different trips they offer, see reviews and endorsements. If you find a few trips you are interested in you can reach out and communicate with the outfitter right on the site. You can confirm if the trip is available, find out if there are a few details about the trip you are not clear about, and if everything sounds good, you can then pay and booked the trip online.
