USPB Announces Exciting New Partnership with Hungry Girl

The United States Potato Board’s goal of their consumer communication program is to improve health perception of potatoes and debunk the misperceptions about potatoes. United States Potato Board Public Relations Manager Meredith Myers shares the news of an exciting new partnership with Lisa Lillian also known as Hungry Girl for the USPB targeting their preferred demographic women age 25 to 54 with children under 18 at home, fondly referred to as Linda. Myers shares more about Hungry Girl. Myers: “She is a woman who loves food. She is not an RD, she is not a scientist. She is simply a person who too has struggled with weight but she loves to eat and she wants to find healthy ways of eating her favorite food. She has shared this with people. It started as an easy blog where she talked about food, when to eat and how to eat. She was doing recipe development too as that is what she loves. Well this small little blog has grown into a website and a brand that has a loyal following of 1.2 million subscribers to daily emails and a website of hungry-girl.com.” That’s the U.S. Potato Update brought to you by the United States Potato Board, maximizing return on grower investment.
