Exciting Idaho Beef Council event.
Traci Bracco of the Idaho Beef Council has a fun event coming up:“It is the Idaho Beef Council’s annual Producer Roadshow and Beef Day at Boise State football, scheduled for Saturday, November 3, and the Idaho beef Council is inviting Idaho producers to attend this unique, daylong event where they will learn all things beef check off and get to see firsthand how there beef check off dollars are used to build beef demand. For this event produces get to see the different types of programs we do ranging from our retail grocery partners to our food service sector. They will get to see cutting demonstrations, hear about the latest new products that have been developed by the beef checkoff and then we will also hear about check off funded research and a lot more of the tactical items that we do with their checkoff dollars. When that is all done, we load everybody up then they get to experience a live format consumer event which is consumer sampling and a tailgating event at a Boise State University football game. We will be down there tailgating and handing out samples for about 2 hours before the November 3 game and then all of the producers go into the stadium and get to enjoy the football game together with all the staff. The only cost to the beef producers is their own travel. We cover all of their other expenses including hotel, meals and the tickets to the football game.
