 Is Jackson Hole in Wyoming? Wyatt Prescott is Executive Director of the Idaho Cattlemen’s Association. He was over in Jackson Hole, Wyoming attending some meetings… Obviously related to the beef industry. Gets up in the morning and goes down for breakfast. Orders a breakfast burrito and the waitress asks: “Meat or veggie? I basically thought she was joking and said what do you think?” That might have depended on what he was wearing. Was he in a beret, a pair of tights and light loafers? “I made a point that I was dressed like a gentleman with a felt hat on and boots.” So Wyatt, I know you and your always dressed like a beef man… a cowboy. She was pulling your leg, Right. “she wasn’t joking and of the reality of it was that it really disappoints me that 1st of all she would assume that out of me but it is a sign in that area of that state that they demand that. I think it’s irresponsible and that’s why it disappoints me. I look at the meat we produce in terms of beef and we use ground that is otherwise unproductive by any other means and we turn it into a source of lean nutritious protein.”

 Don’t take it personally. Dick Cheney also lives in Jackson Hole and calls himself a bird hunter. Remember what happened to his shooting partner several years ago?
