A new government study set to be released next week will show that most U.S. farmers would profit substantially if a climate-change bill approved by the U.S. House of Representatives were to be made law, U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said Wednesday.

VILSACK: Livestock producers are also in a position to fully utilize the offset of a portion of climate change legislation.
