Outside of Franklin you find Lorraine Wright, husband Ramon and the Ritewood Egg Farm. WRIGHT "Napoleon Dynamite was it." NAPOLEON DYNAMITE "Do the chickens have large talons? Do they have what? Large talons. I don't understand a word you just said." Ritewood had a part in that movie but it has a big part in the economy of Franklin County because it's the largest employer there. WRIGHT "I'm in the office most of the time. We have probably 50 fulltime employees here. We've got in excess of a million-two laying hens. We usually have about 300 thousand growing chickens, pullets. We get 60 thousand baby chicks in every month, grow them to the age of 16 weeks and then they're moved into the layer facilities. If we don't produce our own food within the United States what kind of inferior products are we going to have coming in from other countries. I worry about that a lot." Lorraine Wright, Idaho Farm Bureau's District One Woman of the Year. Voice of Idaho Agriculture Bill Scott
