When the Idaho Farm Bureau decided to show other Farm Bureau members across the nation some of our state's agricultural products they decided to feed them. PRIESTLY "If one picture is worth a thousand words if you've got the product it's immeasurable." Idaho Farm Bureau President Frank Priestly led the state's delegation to Salt Lake City for the American Farm Bureau convention earlier this month. That's where delegates from across the nation were treated to lunch, compliments of Idaho. PRIESTLY "Well we are feeding the convention, I mean; look over my shoulder there's a whole like of people that are coming to enjoy our products. We've got baked potato, we've got jerky, smoked trout and of course cheese and you take potatoes and cheese, those are the two biggest industries we have in the state." Gem County dairyman and Farm Bureau board member Terry Jones is proud to see Idaho products being enjoyed by folks at the national convention. JONES "Here we are the number four cheese producing state in the nation, the number four milk producing state in the nation. As I walk around the crowd Idaho potatoes are on the lips of every individual in this group. My lunch for the last two days has been right here, at Farm Bureau." Voice of Idaho Agriculture Bill Scott
