FUSION Leadership Conference Opens Friday in Orlando
If you're looking for an agricultural event to plug into this weekend, one of the Southeast's bigger leadership gatherings gets underway in Orlando.
The 2026 FUSION Leadership Conference brings together members of Florida Farm Bureau's Young Farmers & Ranchers and Women's Leadership Committee for a weekend focused on agricultural leadership and industry issues. Keynote speaker Temple Grandin headlines the event, which also includes farm tours, advocacy and policy updates, leadership development sessions, networking opportunities, and competitive events.
Breakout discussions cover topics including protecting a farm legacy, serving on committees, parliamentary procedure, and running for elected leadership positions. Attendees will also hear from producers who have found success selling directly to consumers, as well as first-generation farmers sharing their experiences in agriculture.
While the conference is hosted by Florida Farm Bureau, events like FUSION often draw participants from across the Southeast, offering an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from others working in agriculture.
