More dairy production projected for 2025 and 26 at USDA's latest outlook. World Agricultural Outlook Board Chair Mark Czekanowski says the report over report adjustments in trade and use vary with fat and skim solid basis products. One area of strength in terms of dairy products that we continue to see is some of the dry products strong demand for protein that's supporting a lot of dry products, especially dry whey.
