New Farm Bill Still Top Priority for Barley Growers

Mitch Konen is the newly elected National Barley Growers Association president from Fairfield, Montana and says getting a new farm bill is a top priority to help keep barley growers in business.

NBGA is also helping the beer industry in other ways besides just providing the main ingredient.

He says maintaining existing relationships with current trading partners and pursuing new ones is absolutely critical to the future of the U.S. barley industry.
