“We also have state acres from wildlife enhancement initiative, which restores vital habitat in order to meet high priority state wildlife conservation goals. We have the highly erodible land initiative, producers and land owners can enroll in CRP to establish long term cover on highly erodible cropland that has a weighted erodibility index greater or equal to 20 clean lake estuaries and rivers, also known as clear initiative, prioritizes water quality practices on land that, if enrolled, will help reduce sediment loading, nutrient loading and harmful algae blooms, the vegetative cover also contributes to increased wildlife populations. We have clear 30 a component of the clear initiative which offers additional incentives for water quality practices adoption and can be accessed in 30-year contracts.
