Sponsored by Wisconsin’s Tom Tiffany, the bill is called the “Pet and Livestock Protection Act” and now heads to the full House for a vote.
Supporters include several leading ag groups including the American Farm Bureau, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, and the Public Land Council.
