At the World Potato Congress farm show last week growers could compare potatoes harvested from side by side fields, some with the Power Yield treatments, some without Over the last two years at 79 locations, many of them in Idaho, the BASF Power Yield program showed a profit increase in nearly eight of every ten fields.
BROSCIOUS "By making that additional investment and using the premium fungicides like Headline and Endura and implementing the Power Yield program you can recover that cost plus net that 111 to 120 dollar increase in profitability, basically a four to one ratio."
Power Yield also shows an increase in yield and improvements in potato size and quality.
