CA Agricultural Leadership Program Announces 54th Class

The California Agricultural Leadership Program, or CALF, has announced its 54th class, welcoming 24 new fellows. This prestigious leadership development program offers a unique, 17-month experience designed for emerging and mid-career leaders in agriculture.

Fellows will participate in dynamic seminars covering a wide range of topics, including leadership theory, communication, and emotional intelligence. CALF invests more than $50,000 in each fellow, with the goal of growing leaders who make a positive impact in their communities and California agriculture.

Since its founding in 1970, over 1,400 alumni have completed the program. The new class represents a diverse group from across the industry. Class 54 includes: Marisa Alcorta, Jake Barcellos, Megan Bell, Hunter Berry, Kelly Bishop, Cameron Boomgaarden, Hillary DeCarl, Allison Dericco, Will Dyt, Jarred Greene, Rachael Laenen, Lizandro Magana, Patty Martinez, Timothy Murray, Consuelo Fernandez Noguera, Carson Pettit, Janeth Quintero, Jenny Scheer, Theresa Schneider, Tony Shelton, Andrew Smith, Trevor Tauzer, Linda Torres, and Jamie Valdovinos.
