This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Thursday. Corn and Wheat both bounce back following the recent USDA decline baseline report. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day Up 22, to finish at 5-92 ¼. Dec. Corn was Up 7 ½, to finish the day at 4-76. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were Up 22 ½, to settle at 6-55.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch to Up 5, ranging from 7-00 to 7-45. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Jan. were Up 5 to Unch, ranging 6-95 to 7-25. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Jan. were Up 21, ranging from 7-04 ½ to 7-19 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Jan. were Up 9 ½, ranging from 8-20 to 8-30.

Live Cattle for Dec. were Up $.62 ½, closing at 179.40. Jan. Feeder Cattle were Up $1.90, to finish the day at 232.77 ½. Dec. Class III milk was Up $.26, to settle at 17.13.
