A river hunt in Alaska. Seasoned hunter Tim de Haas had a military assignment to be up in Alaska, which turned out to be perfect for his passion, and that is hunting. While up there, he took full advantage. We're looking at. Speaker2: A lot of people were rafting that and chasing moose. And so we actually went up there to maybe go on the scene, jack a different river. But it have gotten real popular, and there's probably a lot of people on it, and you actually fly in to start your trip. So we were talking to the air carrier, a guy named Frenchie. We flew out of Arctic Circle. He was quite a character and we hooked up with him. Helio Courier is a little airplane, actually can carry quite a bit, and we flew our two rafts and the two of us into the Collin River and landed at a little airstrip there, and then started the raft trip down. And my buddy got a nice moose, and I got a couple of caribou, and I were to the location to get pulled out by the airplane. Got up that morning, there was some snow on the ground, and we didn't go out hunting that morning, and we had the meet by the raft. I was actually calling for a moose because they were writing at the time, and so we were enjoying a cup of coffee and talking about politics back in the day. And that was in 2009. So that was a while ago. I was calling for a moose about every, I don't know, 4 or 5 minutes. And then pretty soon this bull moose opened up across the river. And fortunately I was able to get my rifle and shooting, and we wrapped it over and got him, Ending up with a very successful hunt.
