This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Live Cattle opened Friday with Contract highs, however fell slightly as markets close. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 11 ¾, to finish at 6-16. July Corn was Up 13 ¼, to finish the day at 6-04. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Up 1 ¼, to settle at 8-19 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch – Dn 05, ranging from 7-10 to 7-60. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Dn 05 - 10, ranging from 7-00 to 7-30. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Aug. were Dn 2 ½ - 7 ½, ranging from 8-84 ¼ to 8-94 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. were Up 06 ¼, ranging from 8-94 ¼ to 8-99 ¼.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Up $.40, closing at 165.17 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Dn $.77 ½, to finish the day at 233.92 ½. June Class III milk was Dn $.23 to settle at 15.88.
