This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Cold storage report shows frozen beef stocks down 16%, from the previous year. Let’s go to Ted Seifried with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Dn 2, to finish at 6-04 ¼. July Corn was Up 3 ½, to finish the day at 5-90 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Up 5 ¾, to settle at 8-18.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 7-10 to 7-65. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Unch, ranging from 7-05 to 7-40. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Aug. were Up 04, ranging from 8-86 ¾ to 9-01 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. were Up 06 ½, ranging from 8-88 to 8-93.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Up $.65, closing at 164.77 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $.17 ½, to finish the day at 234.70. June Class III milk was Dn $.26 to settle at 16.11.
