Owner Applied Numbers Could Prevent Property Loss

While owners can register their vehicles with a VIN numbers and their livestock with brands, the Tulare County District Attorney’s office wants you to do the same with your farm equipment, supplies, and personal property.

Thanks to a nationally established system… the DA’s ag crimes unit says you can register for an Owner Applied Number.
