This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. The Beef Market saw some slight pullback yesterday, but overall Cattle are looking really solid. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Dn 16, to finish at 6-57. July Corn was Dn 7 ¾, to finish the day at 6-07 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Dn 8, to settle at 8-17 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch – Dn 05, ranging from 7-60 to 7-85. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Unch – Dn 05, ranging from 7-35 to 7-65. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were Dn 08, ranging from 9-32 ½ to 9-62 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were Dn 5, ranging from 9-25 ¾ to 9-35 ¾.

Live Cattle for June was Up $.02 ½, closing at 164.55. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Dn $.55, to finish the day at 229.32 ½. June Class III milk was Dn $.42, to settle at 17.59.
