This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. The rally continues as beef prices flirt with new contract highs. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 2 ¼, to finish at 7-09 ½. July Corn was Up 2, to finish the day at 6-44 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Dn 8 ¼, to settle at 8-68 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch- Up 10, ranging from 7-60 to 8-20. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Unch – Up 05, ranging from 7-50 to 7-70. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were Dn 8 ¼, ranging from 9-93 ¼ to 10-13 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were Dn 2 ¾, ranging from 9-70 ¾ to 9-80 ¾.

Live Cattle for June was Up $.32 ½, closing at 165.20. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $.72 ½, to finish the day at 226.07 ½. June Class III milk was Up $.04, to settle at 17.87.
