This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. The Beef Market continues to hold strong, with no signs of slowing down. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 14 ¾, to finish at 7-07 ¼. July Corn was Up 6 ¾, to finish the day at 6-42 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Up 13 ¼, to settle at 8-76 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Dn 05 & Up 10, ranging from 7-60 to 8-10. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Unch, ranging 7-50 to 7-65. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were Up 13 ¼ to 8 ¼, ranging from 10-01 ½ to 10-21 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were Up 15 ¼ to 10 ¼, ranging from 9-73 ½ - 9-83 ½.

Live Cattle for June were Up $1.15, closing at 164.87 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $1.40 to finish the day at 225.35. May Class III milk was Dn $.22, to settle at 17.47.
