Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day Dn 12 ½, to finish at 6-92 ¼. May Corn was Dn 1, to finish the day at 6-49 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were Up 1, to settle at 8-71 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch – Dn 05, ranging from 7-70 to 8-20. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for May were Unch – Dn 01, ranging 7-60 to 7-74. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for May were Up 01, ranging from 10-01 ½ to 10-36 ½ . DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for April were Up 1 ¾, to settle at 9-64 ¾.

Live Cattle for June was up $1.35, closing at 161.00. May Feeder Cattle were Up $1.92 ½, to finish the day at 204.45. April Class III milk was Dn $.04, to settle at 19.46.
