This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Friday. The Corn market found some optimism in weekly grain exports, which helped in the overall grand scheme of things. Let’s go to Ted Seifried with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day Up 11 ¼, to finish at 7-52 ½. March Corn was Up 7 ¾, to finish the day at 6-82 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were Up 21 ½, to settle at 8-64 ¾.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch- Up 05, ranging from 8-35 to 8-90. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Feb. were Unch, ranging 8-23 to 8-45. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were Up 21 ½, ranging from 9-48 ¾ to 9-94 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were Up 8 ½, settling at 9-98.

Live Cattle for April were Dn $1.02 ½, closing at 160.52 ½. March Feeder Cattle were Dn $.90 to finish the day at 182.85. March Class III milk was Up $.21 to settle at 18.16.
