This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Feeder Cattle remain firm, as feedlots hold out for higher cash prices. Let’s go to Ted Seifried with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day Dn 2, to finish at 7-41 ½. March Corn was Dn 1 ¼, to finish the day at 6-52 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were Dn 3 ½, to settle at 8-28 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 8-40 to 8-95. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for March were Unch, ranging 8-29 to 8-70. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were Dn 3 ½, to settle at 9-48 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were Up ¼, to settle at 9-82.

Live Cattle for Feb. were Up $.97 ½, closing at 157.75. March Feeder Cattle were Up $.65 to finish the day at 186.30. Feb. Class III milk was Up $.56 to settle at 19.15.
