This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Grains rallied across the board yesterday as wheat led the way. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day Up 57 ¾, to finish at 9-38. Dec Corn was Up 15, to finish the day at 6-98 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were Up 55 ½, to settle at 10-24 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch – Up 20, ranging from 9-15 to 10-00. Soft White Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Dec. were Unch – Up 15, ranging from 9-19 to 9-60. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Dec. were Up 55 ½, ranging from 11-44 ¼ to 11-89 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Dec. were Up 46 ¼, ranging from 10-94 ¼ to 11-34 ¼.

Live Cattle for Dec. were Dn $1.05, closing at 147.00. Nov. Feeder Cattle were Dn $2.75, to finish the day at 172.87 ½. Nov. Class III milk was Dn $.45, to settle at 21.40.
