This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Cattle Futures remain steady however, outside factors could rock the boat. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day Dn 27 ¼, to finish at 8-60 ½. Dec Corn was Dn 4 ½, to finish the day at 6-82 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were Dn 20 ¾, to settle at 9-26 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch- Dn 05, ranging from 9-45 to 10-00. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Oct. were Unch, ranging from 9-45 to 9-57. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Oct. were Dn 20 ¾, ranging from 10-46 ¼ to 10-76 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Nov. were Dn 09 ¼, ranging from 10-08 ¾ to 10-28 ¾.

Live Cattle for Dec. were Up $1.27 ½, closing at 151.32 ½. Oct. Feeder Cattle were Dn $.50, to finish the day at 180.92 ½. Oct. Class III milk was Dn $.23, to settle at 21.38.
