This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Cattle continue to march higher with support from stronger cash trade. Here’s Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to share more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day Up 22, to finish at 7-71. Dec Corn was Up 7 ½, to finish the day at 6-23 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were Up 31 ¾, to settle at 8-47.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 8-50 to 9-10. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Oct. were Up 10- Unch, ranging from 8-32 to 8-90. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Oct. were Up 31 ¾, ranging from 9-57 to 9-62. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Oct. were Up 22 ¼, ranging from 9-57 to 9-77.

Live Cattle for Oct. were Up $.50, closing at 145.25. Sept. Feeder Cattle were Dn $.90 to finish the day at 186.77 ½. Sept. Class III milk was Dn $.53 to settle at 19.73.
