This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. The grain market kicked the week off with a bang as Wheat limits up, after Indiana banning exports. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day up 70, to finish at 12-47 ¼. July Corn was up 28 ¼, to finish the day at 8-09 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 70, to settle at 13-52.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch – Up 75, ranging from 11-00 to 12-50. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Unch – Up 75, ranging from 11-00 to 12-00. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were up 45-70, ranging from 14-27 to 14-72. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were Up 40-60, ranging from 14-45 to 14-90.

Live Cattle for June were UP $1.55, closing at 133.17 ½. Aug Feeder Cattle were dn $.60 to finish the day at 167.42 ½. June Class III milk was Up $.58 to settle at 24.41.
