This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Thursday. Corn Rallies and Feeder Cattle suffer the consequences. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 20 ¼, to finish at 11-13. July Corn was up 13 ¼, to finish the day at 7-88 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were up 25 ½, to settle at 12-00 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch- Dn 05, ranging from 11-00 to 11-70. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Unch, ranging from 10-50 to 11-20. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for July were up 13 – 24 ¼, ranging from 12-88 to 13-23. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were up 42 ½, ranging from 13-36 to 13-61.

Live Cattle for June were up $1.17 ½, closing at 133.57 ½. Aug Feeder Cattle were dn $1.85 to finish the day at 170.00. June Class III milk was up $.30 to settle at 23.81.
