This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Commodities started the week off with a rocky start, both corn and wheat lost traction as the trading day continued. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day dn 15 ¾, to finish at 10-92 ¾. July Corn was dn 12 ¾, to finish the day at 7-72. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were dn 6 ¼, to settle at 11-64 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 11-00 to 11-75. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Unch, ranging from 10-25 to 11-20. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were dn 6 ¼, ranging from 12-64 ¼ to 12-84 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were dn 2, ranging from 12-86 ¾ to 13-26 ¾.

Live Cattle for June were up $.80, closing at 133.55. Aug Feeder Cattle were dn $.47 ½ to finish the day at 174.70. June Class III milk was dn $.68 to settle at 23.78.
