This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Global supply concerns in the Corn Market remain top of mind for traders, while the lack of New Crop has investors worried about upcoming yields. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day dn 1, to finish at 11-18 ¼. May Corn was dn 3 ¼, to finish the day at 7-53. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 3 ¼, to settle at 11-16 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 11-80 to 13-30. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June was Unch, ranging from 11-50 to 11-80. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were up 6 ½, ranging from 12-09 ¾ to 12-19 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were up 8, ranging from 11-40 ½ to 11-70 ½.

Live Cattle for June were dn $.65, closing at 135.70. May Feeder Cattle were dn $.32 ½ to finish the day at 165.42 ½. May Class III milk was up $.49 to settle at 24.03.
