This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Wheat limits up once again, as global supply uncertainty continues to drive demand. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 55 ½, to finish at 11-19 ¼. May Corn was up 14 ½, to finish the day at 7-56 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 42 ¾, to settle at 11-13 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 11-80 to 13-30. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for May had a mixed market up 02 and dn 04, ranging from 11-27 to 11-80. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were up 41 ¼, ranging from 12-03 ¼ to 12-13 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were up 27 ¾, ranging from 11-32 ½ to 11-62 ½.

Live Cattle for June were dn $.72 ½, closing at 136.35. May Feeder Cattle were dn $1.70 to finish the day at 165.75. May Class III milk was up $.47 to settle at 24.54.
