This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Thursday. Wheat Limit’s up again as the surge continues, driving prices to 13-year highs. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 75, to finish at 10-59. May Corn was dn ¾, to finish the day at 7-25. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 72 ¼, to settle at 10-75 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were up $1 - Unch, ranging from 11-50 to 13-50. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for April were up 50-25, ranging from 11-00 to 11-52. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for April were up 72 ¼, ranging from 12-52 ¼ to 13-25 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for April were up 4 ½, ranging from 11-58 ¼ to 12-13 ¼.

Live Cattle for April were dn $.42 ½, closing at 140.10. April Feeder Cattle were up $3.20 to finish the day at 163.00. April Class III milk was dn $.12 to settle at 23.05.
