This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Long-term demand in the corn market has traders concerned about the market. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day dn 19 ½, to finish at 7-79 ¾. March Corn was dn 17 ¾, to finish the day at 6-37 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were dn 22 ½, to settle at 8-06.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 10-50 to 13-50. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for March were Unch, ranging from 10-50 to 11-00. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were dn 22 ½, ranging from 10-06 to 10-56. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were dn 13, ranging from 10-63 to 11-03.

Live Cattle for April were up $.55, closing at 146.90. March Feeder Cattle were up $1.85 to finish the day at 168.72 ½. March Class III milk was up $.16 to settle at 22.97.
