US Soybean Exports Could See Increase

This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. US Soybean exports could be on the rise if drier forecasts in Argentina hold steady. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day up 10, to finish at 7-78 ¾. March Corn was dn 3, to finish the day at 6-32 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were up 9 ½, to settle at 8-01 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 10-50 to 13-50. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for March were Unch, ranging from 10-50 to 11-00. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were up 9 ½, ranging from 10-01 ¼ to 10-51 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were up 19 ¼, ranging from 10-50 ½ to 10-90 ½.

Live Cattle for April were dn $.22 ½, closing at 146.17 ½. March Feeder Cattle were up $1.85 to finish the day at 166.87 ½. March Class III milk was dn $.25 to settle at 21.68.
