This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Corn Firms up while Wheat holds steady, as focus moves to demand as we begin the 4th QT. Here’s Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to share more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day dn 2 ¼, to finish at 7-31 ¾. Dec. Corn was up 2 ½, to close at 5-33. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were dn 3, to settle at 7-34 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 9-75 to 13-25. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Nov. were Unch ranging from 9-75 to 10-75. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Nov. were dn 3, ranging from 8-84 ½ to 9-09 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Nov. were dn 1, ranging from 10-70 ½ to 10-85 ½.

Live Cattle for Dec. were dn $.07 ½, closing at 130.17 ½. Nov. Feeder cattle were up $.57 ½, to finish the day at 161.72 ½. Nov. Class III milk was up $.05 to settle at 18.82.
