The California Milk Advisory Board exists for one purpose: to spread the word about extraordinary dairy products made with Real California Milk. One of the ways they are doing this is through the Real California Milk Excelerator, which helps food innovators get their dairy-based products into the market. Here’s VP of Communications Jennifer Giambroni.

Giambroni… “We launched the Real California Milk Excelerator in 2019. And that was our very first innovation competition. It was the first of its kind as well as the largest of its kind, but the focus always being on innovation and always these startup companies that are doing something really cool. And how do we get these to market a lot faster because we know the more of these products that are on the shelves, in the coolers, the more dairy products will be sold. The more milk will be used. That's primarily the goal. Like how do we support innovation? How do we get these products to market? And the evolution is also reflected in our name. So we are now the Real California Excelerator and that focuses on excellence. So excellence in products, but also kind of Excelsior - this moving upward, moving the category upward, but continuing that acceleration. So we want this to be kind of a rapid movement. We want to get these products into market.”
