Freight Farms

Sustainability has become the name of the game in 2021. I work with Freight Farms, who develop hydroponic freight containers fashioned for indoor farming. They allow for total control over the environment – climate, humidly, water levels, and more, which allows growing virtually anything, all year round. I’d like to set up an interview with some execs. from FF to discuss the trend in automation entering agriculture, why it makes the future of food and the planet better off, how it works, and more.

The world cannot sustain the level of food output that is required, and automation makes the difference – everything is controlled from a central hub smart device such as a phone or tablet, the containers use 99% less water (only 5 gallons a day), and employs low level LED lights to enhance the growing. Automation has been in farming for a while - but just now getting it is time to shine. Let me know what you think, and I can source local farms, restaurants, universities, and more using the services as well!
