Co-founder Riley Clubb says one of the big pluses of Harvust is accuracy …
CLUBB … “You can’t submit an incomplete I-9 on Harvust, right, and you can’t put the birth date in the wrong place, you can’t put the apartment number in the wrong format. It’s very, very accurate and it’s very fast. So, that all saves a lot of time and money.”
And the feedback, Clubb says has been fantastic …
CLUBB … “Actually, it’s really cool because we hear feedback from farm workers all the time saying how much they appreciate being able to do these things on their own device, being able to watch a video or listen to a handout in their own language. And, they leave feedback all the time saying, you know, that was great.”
And since many workers speak Spanish, Clubb says they’ve got that covered too …
