This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Thursday. New crop Corn produces new highs as the rally continues to create demand in the market. Virginia McGathey with the CME Group shares more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day up 18 ¼ to finish at 648. May Corn was up 14, to close at 594. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were up 18 ¾, to settle at 611 ½.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 6-70 to 7-05. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for June was Unch, ranging from 6-70 to 6-80. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for June were up 18 ¾, ranging from 7-26 ½ to 7-31 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were up 13, ranging from 7-84 to 7-89.

Live Cattle for June were dn $.87 ½, closing at 120.05. May Feeder cattle were dn $1.90, to finish the day at 145.42 ½. May Class III milk was dn $.63, to settle at 18.83.
