This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Corn breaking through some key technical levels after a rough start to the day. Let’s go to Scott Shellady with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 2, to finish at 647. May Corn was up just 4 ¾ to close at 554 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 1 ½, to settle at 608 ¼.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 8-00. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for May was Unch, ranging from 7-20 to 7-65. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for May saw a mixed market, up 1 ½ and dn 3 ½, ranging from 7-28 ¼ to 7-33 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for April were dn 1 ¼, ranging from 7-52 ¾ to 7-62 ¾.

Live Cattle for June were dn $.92 ½, closing at 118.20. May Feeder cattle were Unch, to finish the day at 149.82 ½. April Class III milk was dn $.10, at 17.42.
