This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Grains jump higher to start the week, here’s Scott Shellady with the CME Group to share more on the Soybean market.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 20 ¼, to finish at 661 ½. March Corn was up 13 ½ to close at 552 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 20 ¾, to settle at 643 ¼.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 7-55. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for April was Unch, ranging from 7-20 to 7-45. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for April were up 20 ¾, ranging from 7-68 ¼ to 7-88 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for April were up 15 ¼, ranging from 7-51 ¼to 7-66 ¼.

Live Cattle for April were up $.62 ½, closing at 125.80. March Feeder cattle were dn $.07 ½, to finish the day at 140.77 ½. March Class III milk was up $.14, at 16.70.
