Keeping the Farm Sanitary
Keeping the Farm SanitaryDuring these uncertain times, keeping your workers and yourself safe farm is important.

He says, handwashing is vital.
But there are also ways to strengthen your own immune system.
Being physically active is a good idea, because studies show it can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases that weaken your immune system, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.
Managing stress is also important. Research dating back over 25 years has revealed that psychological stress increases susceptibility to illness.
Getting adequate sleep helps, too. To keep your immune system strong, the National Sleep Foundation advises aiming for seven to eight hours of sleep each night. If you usually don't get a full 8 hours, naps during the day can help fill the gaps.
