The Public Lands Council recently held their annual Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C.
Federal lands ranchers from across the West attended to discuss the challenges cattle and sheep producers face while operating on federal lands.
One of the attendees - Jennifer Houston - the President of the NCBA.
Attendees spent the week on Capitol Hill visiting with congressional offices to highlight the critical role of livestock grazing in maintaining healthy ecosystems, preserving wildlife habitat, and preventing catastrophic wildfire on western landscapes.
