Is piece rate dead?

A webinar, presented by wafla, is coming up tomorrow will take a look at the question of how you might be paying workers in the next few years plus a number of other questions. The Ag Networks' David Sparks has more.

SPARKS: The webinar is titled: Extra Pay for Piece Rate and is scheduled for tomorrow, March 22 from 11am until noon. Some of the questions that will be discussed include: If the minimum wage initiative passes, what impact will it have? What innovative systems are being used to provide incentives and reward productivity? What are the risks to an employer? Can rest breaks be paid at a lower rate? L&I has recently provided guidance, but there are many unanswered questions. Greg.
