Beef Night on the Ice

The Idaho Beef Council has teamed up with the Idaho Steelheads, the Idaho Food Bank and AgriBeef Company to bring you Beef Night on the Ice. Idaho Beef Council Executive Director Traci Bracco shares more details about this Saturday’s event.
Bracco: “An annual event we do with them to celebrate all things beef actually. An event like this helps us build loyalty with our consumers as well as shape their attitudes towards beef and the beef industry. So it is a fun night to come out, enjoy a game and also help your local community. With that, we have $1 of every ticket sale is being donated to Idaho Food bank’s Beef Counts program.”
Bracco says this event is a fun way to support the beef industry.
Bracco: “We are definitely are encouraging our ranching families come out and not only have a fun night watching a hockey game. Other things that will be happening throughout the night in addition to the donation from every ticket sale is that we are going to have cowbells available for people to buy for $1 as well as number of on ice contests and fun games. Plus all throughout the night, Double R Ranch hamburgers and hotdogs are going to be half off for all of the people attending the game. We are hoping for a sell-out crowd. We sold-out the hockey arena last year and we are hoping to do it again.”
