Chicago December Wheat ended up 5 1/4, at 491 1/4. December corn ended up 3 3/4, at 377 . Portland prices for soft white wheat of ordinary protein for October, were up 5.50, ranging from 5-21 1/4 to 5-55 even. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11½ % protein prices for October were up 4.25, ranging from 5-86 1/2 to 5-96 1/2. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for October were up 4.50, ranging from 6-24 to 6-49. October live cattle closed up $2.15, at 140.42. October Feeder cattle were down at $.37, at 194.62 1/2. October class III milk was at 15-56.
